Contact forms
The data collected on our contact form is given voluntarily on the basis of enquiring about availability of places for your child. We only store this information temporarily (in memory rather than in a file-system) to generate emails, there is no customer data stored on this server from a contact form. We use Google’s email services to send the email directly to our email account and Captcha to combat against automated mailers.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a cookie to confirm that your login has been accepted. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded after 10 days.
The cookie notice also sets a cookie to acknowledge you’ve accepted the cookie notice, that cookie lasts 1 month.

Other than the previously mentioned Google Captcha cookie there are no third party cookies on this site.

We do note retain your data on the website at all. If you use the contact form the email generated is stored in our Google email account and will be deleted when no longer needed or on request.
